HOW TO APPLY?

• Enrollment Data -automatic ticket for FHE, TES & TDP (no forms needed).
• SAP & Academic Scholarship – application forms + documents.
• CoScho (Anak ng Magniniyog) – apply through Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA)

DOCUMENTS NEEDED

Depends on the scholarship applied for.

General requirements:

• COR (Certificate of Registration)
• Grades / Evaluation Form
• Birth Certificate
• Good Moral Certificate 2×2 or Passport Photos
• Proof of Income / Indigency

Special Notes:

• TDP/TES (4Ps/Listahanan): Indigency collected after CHED – UniFAST validation
• SAP: Form, proof of income, grades, letter of intent
• Academic Scholarship: Form 138, ranking certificate, Good Moral
• CoScho: PCA Certificate (parents must be PCA-registered coconut farmers)

• Posted by the Scholarship Office through official notice and Facebook page

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• No Double Compensation
• Second Degree Students – Not covered under Free Higher Education
• Scholars – No re-application needed. Just keep good grades & enroll on time to avoid delisting.
