Vision
The College of Education, Sulu State College envisions itself as a center of Excellence and a Globally Competitive Institution in Human Resource Development, Instruction, Research, Extension and Production.
It likewise envisions its Teacher-Graduate as a total person and professional who:
- Is committed to affecting social changes.
- Is imbued with love for learners as well as for lifelong learnings;

The School of Education commits to:
1. Provide sustainable outreach programs for social development contextualized to the ever changing and complex environment.
2. Produce highly motivated and competent teachers specializing in the content pedagogy in their respective areas of specialization/discipline.
3. Develop extensions who actively link with the community, ensuring the development of relevant academic and extension programs; and

1. Makapatangbus sa taas-taas darajat sin ingat pandikal ha pagpasampay ilmu’ iban kapandayan napi’ nila;
2. Pakusugun in parsugpatan pa kawman ha hikadawhat sin karayawan hal sin paghindu’ iban pakaradjaan kawman.
3. Pagkainagunan in pakaradjaan kawman ha kasambuhan sin manusiya tumūp ha kahalan ha katihabaan masa.
Objective of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEE)
- To improve and expand the physical plans, its facilities and more curricular offering to meet expected increase in enrolment.
- To make the college center of social interaction and lead the revival of the cultural heritage.
- To strengthen the holding power of the college by improving the competencies of the faculty and staff.

- Hinangun in iskul/college lugal pagsusumadjahan iban pang-ūhanan in pagpakusug sin pusaka sin kamaasan; iban
- Pagpakusug sin kapatut sin iskul/college labay daying ha pagpasung sin kapandayan sin kamastalan iban sin manga timutuko kanila.
Objective of Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE)
- Effective synthesizer of organized knowledge to allow technological and critical thinking.
- Efficient promoter and facilitator of learning, engaged learners to develop their potentials to the fullest for a continuing pursuit.
- Committed humanist whose clear understanding and appreciation of human ideals and values inspire learners to reach greater heights of human aspirations.

- Matugu magpasusun sin manga nabaktul kailmuan mangdahi pa kapandayan iban manahu’ magtali.
- Matupan magpasaplag iban magpabantang sin pangadjian, makahikayat ha manga bata’ iskul ha way hugmaan sin pagpasung sin ingat-kapandayan.
- Manusiya gaugut nagdara sawasa’ sin pamaham iban panghalga-i ha biyabaugbugan iban manga pangaddatan makabulansang ha manga bata’ iskul maabut nila in sa taas-taas darajat sin pagkamanusiya.
