Vision

The Sulu State College as center of excellence in BARMM producing globally competitive graduates and as institutional stewards in the development of the region.

Mission

Sulu State College is committed to develop academic stalwart and globally competent professionals, producing cutting edge research, knowledge and technologies for sustainable development; engage in partnership and viable resource generation programs.

The college offers curricular programs that are in consonance with higher education goals consistent with local, regional, and national development thrusts. As such, the following curricular programs are offered:

2. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)
3. Doctor of Public Administration (DPA)
4. Master of Arts in Education (MAEd)
5. Master of Public Administration (MPA)
6. Master of Arts in Language Teaching English (MALTE)
7. Master of Arts in Mathematics (MA-Math)

Goals

Section 1. To prepare professionals for leadership and competence in the fields of agriculture, industry, rural and economic development, science and technology, and education in order to help improve the quality of life of the people in southwestern Philippines.

Section 2.  To challenge professionals to seek knew knowledge and truths, develop innovation, technologies and strategies for personal and social development of the people as well as economic upliftment for the improvement of the quality of life in southwestern Philippines.

Objectives

Section 3.  To attain the status of center of excellence in the fields of agriculture, industry, science and technology and education.

Section 4.  To prepare professionals for leadership and competence in various fields of expertise.

Section 5.  To generate new knowledge, innovations, technologies and strategies through research along it’s various fields of expertise.

Section 6.  To share its functional knowledge, innovations, technologies and strategies to the people in southwestern Philippines.

Section 7.  To established a show window for the functional effects of its leadership, new technologies, innovations, and strategies through production.

School of Agriculture Green Tamaraw culturally signifies intelligence, strength, and vigor. The school molds future agriculturists feign with toughness and intelligence to be at par and globally competitive in the field of agriculture.
