Sulu State College (SSC) and Pangasinan State University (PSU) formally forged a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on October 27, 2025, at signifying their mutual commitment to advancing educational collaboration and international engagement

The agreement was signed by Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, President of Sulu State College, and Dr. Elbert M. Galas, President of Pangasinan State University. Also present was Dr. Ian D. Evangelista, Vice President for Local and International Affairs.

Under the agreement, both institutions agreed to collaborate as local partners in organizing the upcoming 2nd International Education Conference 2026, which will be held on March 18–20, 2026, at Thu Duc College of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The said event aims to gather educators, researchers, school administrators, policymakers, and students to exchange insights and best practices in the field of education and its allied disciplines.

Sulu State College expressed its gratitude to Pangasinan State University for the partnership and shared commitment to fostering global academic linkages that strengthen research, innovation, and educational development.
