Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, President of Sulu State College, led the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University in Ankara, Turkey.

The MoU aims to strengthen future strategic collaborations between the two institutions, fostering academic exchange, research partnerships, and mutual development initiatives.
