Sulu State College proudly participated in the Global Sustainable Development Congress (GSDC) held in Istanbul, Turkey, as part of the official Philippine delegation organized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Representing Sulu State College was its esteemed President, Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, who joined other Mindanao higher education leaders in the global event aimed at advancing sustainability in education, research, and innovation.

The participation began with a courtesy visit to the Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Istanbul on first day. The delegates were warmly received by Consul Rachelle Anne L. Oronce, to whom the College extends its gratitude for the hospitality and support.

Sulu State College is honored to be part of this significant international gathering, reinforcing its commitment to global collaboration and sustainable development in higher education.
