
Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, President of Sulu State College, proudly represented the college at the 18th Biennial Conference of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) held from May 13–16, 2025 at Minato City, Tokyo, Japan.
With the theme “The Big Bang Theory: The Quality Assurance Paradigm Shift,” the global conference gathered education leaders, policy makers, and researchers from around the world to discuss new trends and collaborations in quality assurance in higher education.
Prof. Ututalum’s participation highlights Sulu State College’s strong commitment to quality education and innovation. Her presence also reflects the college’s goal of aligning local efforts with international standards, further strengthening its partnerships with global quality assurance agencies.
