This Citizen’s Charter is set in compliance with the Anti – Red Tape Act of 2007 or Republic Act No. 9485 and with the newly enhanced law, the Republic Act No. 11032, known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018. It contains the College brief history, college vision, mission and values, frontline services offered, service information, Complete Checklist of Requirements, Who May Avail, Client Steps, Agency Action, Fees to Be Paid per Step, Processing Time per Step, Person Responsible Per Step, Total Fees to Be Paid and Total Processing Time. The client, however, is advised that fees, requirements, forms used are subject to change.
SSC service processes includes the pledge of commitment is the statement of commitment by the college officials and employees. The redress mechanism outlines the steps clients could take in case the college personnel fail to deliver the service. Customer Feedback Form through which the clients/citizens can provide comments on the delivery of the service.
It is hoped that SSC citizen’s charter will serve its purpose of providing information that make its services more efficient and effective for both the client and the service provider. However, this is subject for review and amendment in the future.
