
Sulu State College proudly celebrates another milestone as it successfully obtained recognition in PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 in the following core areas: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP); Learning and Development (L&D); Performance Management (PM); and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).
The award was conferred by the Civil Service Commission (CSC), represented by Sandrah Arnica M. Usman, Assistant Regional Director, and Ms. Charina G. Gonzales, Chief Human Resource Specialist. The recognition was received by College President Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, together with Prof. Nelson U. Julhamid, Vice President, Ms. Sherryl Kathleen Muddasil, HRMO, Dr. Raina A. Sappayani, Supervising Officer and Mr. Kaisar Sakiran, CAO.
Sulu State College extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Civil Service Commission, the evaluators, and especially to Dir. Gil D. Caburnay and Dir. Lida C. Ayon for their continuous guidance and support throughout the PRIME-HRM journey.
With this milestone, the College remains steadfast in its pursuit of PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 3, continuously striving for institutional excellence and the enhancement of human resource systems in the service of quality public education.
