Sulu State College, led by its President, Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, paid a courtesy visit to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman.

The visit served as an opportunity to express gratitude for DBM’s continued support to higher education institutions and to present the College’s aspirations for universityhood.

President Ututalum, together with her team, also sought support for the proposed universityhood budget as Sulu State College moves forward in its institutional development.

The SSC delegation expressed their heartfelt thanks to Secretary Pangandaman for the warm welcome and open dialogue. Her support and encouragement were deeply appreciated as the College strives to uplift education in the province of Sulu.
