President Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE of Sulu State College attended the High-Level Meeting of the Mindanao Sulu Palawan – Innovative Research and Development Consortium (MinSuPala-IRDC) held on May 27, 2025, at the Function Room Bela, Oroderm City Functions and Events Place, C.M. Recto, Davao City.

The meeting gathered presidents and chancellors of the 15 IRDC member institutions, along with DBM XII Regional Director Akmad Usman. Discussions focused on strategic directions, partnership alignment, and the long-term sustainability of the consortium.

Before the conclusion of the program, participating colleges and universities signed a Memorandum of Agreement, formally closing the MinSuPala-IRDC consortium.
