Sulu State College joins the nation in celebrating the National Education Support Personnel Day today, May 16, 2025.
This special day is now officially part of our national calendar through Republic Act No. 12178, also known as the National Education Support Personnel Day Act, which was signed into law by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on April 15, 2025. The law encourages schools and colleges to organize activities that honor the important role of education support personnel our non-teaching staff who work hard every day behind the scenes.
At Sulu State College, we are proud to say that we have been celebrating our Non-Teaching Personnel Day for the past four years, even before this law was passed. We have always believed that our non-teaching staff are our silent heroes the ones who keep everything running smoothly in our school.
Now that this day is finally recognized across the country, we are very happy and proud to be part of this milestone. This is a moment of joy and appreciation not just for us, but for all education support personnel in the Philippines.
To all our non-teaching staff thank you for your hard work, patience, and dedication.
You are seen, you are valued, and you are truly appreciated.
Happy National Education Support Personnel Day!
