
With the theme βSoaring New Heights, Discovering Greatness, and Transcending Limitations,β the College of Arts and Sciences officially kicked off its 11th CAS Week at the SSC Gymnasium.
Dean Dr. Patricia I. Amilhussin opened the event with her remarks, followed by an inspiring message from College President Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, delivered by VP Prof. Nelson U. Julhamid. The celebration brought together key officials, faculty, staff, and enthusiastic Leopard students.
A major highlight was the Zumba Dance Competition, where six Leopard teams showcased their energy and teamwork. The Prime Predator team claimed the championship, followed by Wildlife Whisperer, Roaring Cats, Trailblazing Leopard, and Clawed Champs. The competition was judged by Mr. Hamdani Sabaddin, Mr. Amilhamja Attan, and Ms. Shermalyn Hashim.
Congratulations to the SSC College of Arts and Sciences for another successful CAS Week! This celebration reinforces UNSDG 4: Quality Education and aligns with SSC’s Strategic Initiative 3: Strengthening Holistic Student Development.
