Sulu State College, led by Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, along with other key officials and staff successfully conducted its Management Review 2024 on January 24, 2025 at the SSC Boardroom, Administration Building.

The review focused on key areas, including the status of actions from previous reviews, changes in internal and external issues, client satisfaction and feedback, and quality objectives, process performance, and monitoring results. Discussions also included non-conformities and corrective actions, audit results, performance of external providers, adequacy of resources, actions taken to address risks and opportunities, and opportunities for improvement.

The review process was conducted in three phases: preparation, the review itself, and the reporting of outputs. This effort demonstrates the college’s dedication to maintaining quality standards and promoting continuous growth.
