Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, graced the 108th Anniversary celebration of the Sulu Provincial Hospital (SPH) today at the SSC Gymnasium, Walled City, Jolo, Sulu. In her speech, Prof. Ututalum expressed gratitude for the recognition given to her by the Sulu Provincial Hospital under the leadership of Dr. Fahra A. Tan-Omar, MD, MHA. She also served as one of the Board of Judges for the SPH Star competition, adding her expertise to the event.
