SSC School of Nursing Holds 2nd Leadership and Management Convention
Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, served as the resource speaker at the BSN 2nd Leadership and Management Convention, discussing the topic “Adaptive Leadership in a Rapidly Changing World.”
The SSC School of Nursing successfully hosted its first day of 2nd Leadership and Management Convention with the theme “Transformative Collaboration Through Influence and Well-being” today at the SSC Center for Culture and Arts.
The event was attended by student nurses from Batch Carpe Diem, along with faculty and staff, under the guidance of their supportive Dean, Dr. Alijandrina T. Jalilul.
Prof. Ututalum’s talk covered various aspects of Adaptive Leadership, including its key principles, essential skills, effective strategies, and other vital topics in leadership and management.
